"I really need my items done by _______. Can you rush my order?"

Sure we can... (ONLY AVAILABLE FOR SPECIFIC ITEMS) For the right price. I will rush your order to within one week if you pay twice the amount original discussed (Or you click the rush fee option when ordering directly from the website). 

"Damn that's a expensive...why so much?"

Because you are attempting to skip the line of people who came before you and are patiently waiting. I can move things around to accommodate every one but it is not easy or cheap.

"Why is there such a long wait time?"

There is no factory pumping the artwork. Everything here is hand-painted painstakingly and very tediously done by one artist. This takes time to attempt artistic perfection on each item. 

"How long will my cleats last?"

Due to the contact nature of cleated sports we cannot guarantee the durability of the artwork. We do however make every effort to make a product that last.

"How much do your customs cost?" 

In most cases you are literally creating something that doesn't currently exist. So the pricing will vary specifically based upon how much work it is for Onefliartist and the cost of any additional add-on's. 

"Can I Ship You My Own Shoe To Use?"

Of course! Just make sure all shoes sent in meet the minimum acceptable conditions. All shoes must be at least what you would reasonably consider an 8 out of 10. NO BEATERS! I will not waste time placing art on shoes you would otherwise throw away.
